Terrible service from Suzuki Bruma. I had purchased a Super Carry from this dealership and when I got home I found a humming noise coming from the gearbox. I contacted the salesman and was asked to bring it around which I did. They had to book it in the following Tuesday and I was told that they will deliver it that afternoon, they then called to say they will deliver the next day and then the next, even after telling them that I will be leaving that Thursday afternoon, which they promised they will do. Needless to say that never happened and now three weeks later, I am still waiting. On the rare occasion that the salesman answers my call, he is always waiting for the driver. Anyone else that I speak to refers it back to the salesman. This is got to be the worst service that I have experienced in purchasing a vehicle. I will never use this dealership again.
This is by far one of the worst experiences I had in purchasing anything! PLEASE don't buy from here. Firstly, they state their address as in Midrand, (although their phone number is an 012 number) but they are not there, never was according to the landlord. Almost all the reviews are negative and the same; no delivery and no refund. The few in between that are positive do raise some concern, I think they write it themselves. The person "Tracy" that wrote on the 12/04/22 about how she ordered a PS5 and got it as promised can not be true because I have ordered a PS5 before her and I am still waiting. They make excuses and promises only to keep their scam going and to catch out more unsuspecting customers. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!
Leroy Merlin Little Falls has got to be the worst retail store that I have ever dealt with. I have ordered building material for delivery on five occasions and each of the five times they delivered a day or 2 later than promised. This last order was done on 07/12/2020 with delivery promised on the 12/12/2020. Half the items ordered were delivered on the 13/12/2020 afternoon, the rest was promised on the 14/12/2020 - not surprisingly it never arrived, even on the 15/12/2020. Every time you phone to speak to someone they say the truck is on the way (If you are lucky to get through) Looks like they only employ incompetent people!
Mahindra Vaal are the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. They are incompetent and liars. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them and negotiated with the sales team to include license and registration. The business manager advised that I do it and they will re-reimburse me but he has now refused. The vehicle also has defective brakes (the brake pads are worn out and grind against the brake disc when applying brakes). Surprisingly though, they had sent the vehicle through a road worthy test and I was given the certificate. Definitely underhanded! So I have now incurred extra costs for the licensing and new brakes pads and discs. A terrible experience - save yourself the time and extra money and don't buy from this dealership.
I purchased five JVC 42 inch smart TV's in April 2016. Within 3 months, one stopped working. I took it back to HiFi Corp Strubens Valley and they had to send it in for repair which took over a month. After another few months a second TV stopped working. Again I had to take it in and wait for it to be repaired, which it could not be so they replaced it. This happened again to the third and fourth TV's, the latter after 1 year; so they wanted to charge me to send it in for repair. I took it to a private company for repair and they said it was not repairable. Now one of the other TV's stopped working which I must try to get repaired. And the service from the sales staff and the Manager is terrible. I have never bought anything from HiFi corp since and never will and have advised my family and friends not to. It seems that they are selling second grade products.
