2023 Registration
I have spent the last week trying to register with no success. I have sent tickets to VC assist to have them closed and me referred to the WhatsApp registration line which has to be the worst WhatsApp service I've had to use. I send Hi and agents take over an hour to answer, and I'm doing this while working a full-time job so when I take 20mimutes to answer after a meeting, they just close the ticket with little clarity. The online registration portal has no modules loaded and I keep getting told it's an issue that the payment terms aren't available. But if there's no module selected and no bill of costs available on the registration portal, how will the software be able to provide credit terms? There's no way to return calls to VC assist that doesn't involve waiting in a queue for almost an hour and the VC assist tickets get closed! Varsity College was great up until 2 years ago and administration and service has seemed dive since then.

Worse vetinary service ever received
I am sorry I never tried harder to avoid this vet in an emergency situation. 10 years ago, the vet botched the home euthanasia of our very old dalmatian and left him in pain for over an hour, suffering, while the injection took effect and refused to come back to use more to actually put him out his pain. This was traumatic for everyone. This week we used them in an emergency on a Sunday for a laceration and what regret we are filled with. They never once applied a proper cross bandage on the dog to try prevent it from just slipping off, R4000 later for some antibiotics and cleaning, and bandaging that wasn't done correctly, no stitches to even close the wound and then want us to keep coming back practically everyday for new bandages and to pay for this when they're not doing it properly. Zero customer service and overpriced for the service you receive. I will definitely make sure to never use them again, and good luck to those who do!

Delivery Drivers that will run you off the road
I've used the service once but their courier drivers are some of the worst I've had the displeasure of being near in the Durban Area. They cut off other cars and don't even follow the basic rules of the road. Their driver almost totalled my car this morning and they don't even have a channel to report such poor behavior. Which shows they couldn't care less about endangering the lives of the public or dealing with such complainta. Poor social responsibility to the community in which they operate, by any standard

FREQUENT AT OWN RISK: Car Irreversibly Damaged and never resolved by business owner.
I used this establishments car valet service on my mini Cooper and was returned a damaged vehicle. They wet the internal electronic key system and when asked for help with the problem they caused, they ignored me and blamed it on my cars battery, as well as kicked me out. I have been slandered by the Car Wash's owner when I wrote about my experience of being at the car wash for 6 hours on social media. And blatantly insulted. I am even forced to take this whole process to court for the damage costs caused to me vehicle and the defamation of character the owner has used against me to try and face the public face. If I can give anyone reading this some advice is to just use another of the many car cleaning services in the Umhlanga area as this one might caused irreversible damages to your vehicle or more costs to legal fees.
