Bad bad bad service! I apparently have an address issue since August 2020. It does not matter which ISP I sign up with , the problem is MF and they are giving me the run around making empty promises and making me feel like a fool.

Between paying for cool ideas as an isp via Vuma Mitchell's Fiber I'm sad to say that I'm still not connected since the end of August It's nearly November... Daily feedback from Cool Ideas with Mitchells Fiber not getting back... It's super annoying... Who do you Blame when the I e company is blaming the other. It's apparently an address issue. Where to from here!!!
Apologies for complaining about Cool Ideas a few weeks ago on this platform I would like to set the record straight. Not to play the name and shame game but it was not their fault to begin with Since then I have daily updates and feel relieved that I chose Cool Ideas as they really go out on a limb to make sure their customers are happy Cool Ideas... Payment of 389 made almost a month ago Every email requesting assistance one gets issued with a ticket and a useless person on the other side!!!! I want my money back as I feel they fail to assist in any other manner Not such a Cool Idea afterall
Was involved in an accident last week Tuesday. Medical assist failed to send help after promising and never followed up. Now all I'm getting is an apology. Oh and they have escalated it ... In the meantime I waited hours trying to move as little as possible and the finally five hours later was taken to Trauma at Vincent Pallotti where I received awesome service. After my X-rays it showed that my op I had done two months previously had shifted. Budget ... You making me wonder if my life means just that " Budget"
What a mess. Trying to get an order delivered since the 31st of December. Their tracking delivery service is so mediocre it pains me. No calls received before delivery or constructive communications. They reschedule on the customers behalf without notification... Will not use them in the future for sure
