We contacted Just Properties for a rental property in Royal Ascot Estate, Milnerton. Upon viewing of the property and showing interest, several things were promised by the agent, Mr Divan Tolken, including the garage motor being replaced, carpet cleaning, repainting of the property, cleaning of the property itself (inside and garden). We received the contract, signed and paid the necessary deposit. We then decided to move the date of occupation forward by 1 week to accommodate our work. Once again, Divan ensured us that everything would be sorted out prior to us moving in. I requested the keys to the property the night before the move but was notified that I would only be allowed access the following day after paying for the additional 10 days of occupancy. Divan also informed us that the previous tenants had already paid this, so in effect - Just Properties received rental twice for a period of 10 days. Upon arrival of the property, the following was found - garage door motor not working, a dirty property, ****s growing everywhere, carpets half cleaned, garden in a mess, only one wall was repainted in the entire property, ditry light fittings, no water pressure upstairs in the bathrooms. Their property administrator, Danielle, went beyond the call of duty in trying to save the name of the company and representative and can only be commended. Upon receipt of the first full monthly rental, we deducted the following costs - additional electricity purchase as the painters were using hair dryers to try and get paint dry, we had to employee the services of a **** to allow access to the property for a week, so that the said repairs and maintenance could be done and 7 days of the pro-rata rental which was paid, as the property was barely useable during this time. Now we are being threatened with a letter of demand

I was interested in finding a retirement village for mom and I mentioned this to Leon from Team Trio, who put me in touch with Penny. She held my hand through the entire process. From the initial viewing to choosing the correct size and final unit for mom. She bent over backwards, kept communicating, keeping me in the loop constantly. And I have a lot of specifications! I have never come across a team that works like these guys and I can honestly recommend them to anyone!
I met the brilliant Penny Ellis through a referral from Team Trio at KW Spectrum (who sold my house in 5 days!). From my first showing interest in a property for my mom until I made up my mind, she held my hand patiently and willingly. When I finally made up my mind (yes - I do have many specifications) to choosing the right unit for mom, she was brilliant. Always communicating, always checking in with me every step of the way.
Imraan Fortune - Brackenfell Branch. This guy got the impossible right! From the moment I met him, I was handled with care and diligence. I was communicated with every step of the way. And to make matters worse on my side, is that my payment was done by my attorneys. I paid the holding deposit the very same day I saw and drove the car. A holding deposit holds a vehicle for 48 hours. Imraan managed to keep the vehicle for me for over a week speaking to me daily and following up with me until I was able to take the delivery of my new car 8 days after the holding deposit was paid. I can honestly recommend working with Imraan for your next ride!
I have to once again congratulate Team Trio! They got the ball rolling and work done to get me started on the next phase of my life - and it only took them 5 days to sell my property! I will be forever grateful and impressed with the effort and care that they put into my journey! Well done guys!

I have been trying to get through to the credit card collections department and I've been cut off every single time (4 times already). I've sent 3 emails, with no replies. Now when I try and phone the line just cuts. And this is to fully settle an account yet again.
I have been trying to reach MDB for more than a week now to obtain a settlement letter, so that I can actually get rid of my debt. Every day, several messages via email, their whatsapp bots with absolutely no reply. And this all while I am finally in position to clear my credit rating. It's absolutely rediculous
Please note that POM Paradise (purchasing website for Pomeranian Puppies) is a complete scam. They have no address. You are asked to pay for a new puppy which never arrives. They apparently have been located in Upington and now more recently in the Northern Cape. Their website also states that they are KUSA (Kennel Union of South Africa) registered. This is not the case.
