Sister company of Visco pedic taking part in Fraud
I am shocked by this company, they sold me a fake Visco pedic matress topper. When I called them and Visco pedic they did not seem at all shocked that they are committing fraud and selling something that is not the same as the original. Taking this up with the consumer act.

Intercity Removals/ Classic Removals, Rude and Re-branded still horrible service
Intercity removals is the rebranded version of Classic Removals. It is convenient that they rebranded after all the bad reviews online. The client service is horrible. Mandy is Rude to people and like the many other bad reviews, they break items and refuse a refund. When you call them and complain it is like they are used to receiving feedback from unsatisfied customers. They told us the truck would arrive on Friday night and they just did not answer the phones. If I receive bad service from other companies they at least try and fix the problem or apologize. Intercity Removals/ Classic removals are not bothered by this. As soon as they have your money you are on your own.

WAITING OVER 2 weeks FOR A PHONe!!! Lying about stock availablity
Spoke to Illraam at Telcom Adderly Express. Did not tell me there is no stock! Waited over a week for a phone. Went to Telcom Adderly Direct. (Ilraam blocked my account so that I could not take my business elsewere. Then Adderly Direct had lame excuses about system that is down. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES IT TAKE MORE THAN 2 WEEKS TO GET A PHONE!!!!! BAD BAD BAD! Now I cant take my business eleswhere because I have signed!

Robot Call Centre People and NO response to any emails!!!!
Uhm verry bad service thus far! Robot call centre people and abseluctely no response to my emails!!!! I have to BEG for someone to get back to me about a holiday stay!!! I am taking to social media about his! How can you make a person wait 2 days for a response!!!! I need a holiday after this!!!!
