Never deal with Pure Pleasure or Stingray group or with Mike Laubscher. He does not care for client service and will say things like "he will come and show me how to tie down a bed." Who says something like that to a customer> The electric blanket was 2 months old. They wont fix or replace it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE STINGRAY GROUP.
Worst service ever. Some Mike told me that my electric blanket is not tied down correctly as per instructions. He will send someone to my house to come and have a look. He was sarcastic and told me I am lying.
Best service and after setvice ever. Hannes and team really cares for you and your car even after you bought it they will go out of their way if there is any questions or problems. Excellent!

I have been having error 48-32 on my Explora. I switched cables and rebooted, and only two channels were working. Netflix and Amazon were also working. I phoned and the agent messed it all up and threw the phone down in my ear. Now nothing is working at all. BAD BAD BAD SERVICE. Unprofessional staff.
Settled our car; but debit order still went through. Been to each departement at BMW financial services to receive a pay back. But almost 3 weeks later and still nothing ...
