On the 28/1/23, Eldo coaches that was supposed to travel from Mthatha to Gqeberha did not arrive at the designated bus station which is mthatha shell ultracity. The bus was suppose to arrive at ultracity at 14h00 and didn't show up. When we called Eldo call center they said the bus is an hour away from mthatha ,that time it was around 15h00 , still it didn't show up. We called them again at 16h40 and they said the bus has left already while the child is still at ultracity waiting for the bus and, worse of all when we tell them that it did no arrive at all , they said there is nothing they can do to rebook us or refund us.
Worse place for a repair. I had a claim from Old Mutual for a bmwx3 for a mirror repair on the driver's side. It took 2 months for motorbake to do th quotation even after the quotation was approved, it took them a month for them to tell me to come for the repair. During this whole 3 months i-m the one constantly calling them for updates. If I didn't call I wouldn't have know that the quote was approved and when to come for a repair. Even when I had came for a repair they couldn't finish my car, stating that the mirror they had ordered was damaged, so they have to ordered another one. I had to drive back to Mthatha with the car not completely repaired, they had promised to inform me as soon as the mirror was ordered but no , again I was the one constantly calling them to check if they have the mirror. It took them 3 weeks to reorder the mirror.
I'm not happy with the services i received from old mutual. I had made a funeral claim with them for my mother in law who is under my green light policy from old mutual. I had made the claim on the 8th of September 2020, with the policy number: 13869445. I haven't gotten my claim money till this day. The last I spoke with them, they said, they have deposited the money on the 29th of September but it has not yet appeared on my bank account.
I had taken my car for a service at Renault Newcastle and I was told that my brakes pads and disc plate need to be change. I didn't understand this because I had change my brakes in April of this year with them. Now for me to have to pay for the same product twice in less than 5 month is just outrageous and not fair worse if it was the same company that had changed my brakes. So its either in April they didn't change the brake or the product they use was faulty or not of good quality. And worse they don't t want to acknowledge that it's their fault, they want me to pay for the brakes pads again.
