Bad service
I had a loan with capitec no one can assist me with a statement and they just keep deducting from my account i have sent numerous emails to customer care and no one can assist how is that possible?? All i want is a statement as this loan should have been settled by now i need some assistance i dont bank with capitec so dont have access to the app yet customer care cant send me a simple statement after i sent them my id number

Everytime when we make an online order and pay there is something missing from our order we have phoned and complained and no feedback

Bought a pack of cuddlers and no tape on the one side of the nappy very disappointing

Feel ripped off by huggies, the nappies i bought was damaged, the sides to close the nappy keep on breaking off terrible quality
