I waited for the bus from 10am, talked to one of your incompetent agent who asked me to wait for the bus in Beach front durban, now at 1pm the agent don't want to reply to my massage anymore

MTN IS A SCAM
i have applied for MTN online contract for Samsung A52 5G but to my surprise Samsung A32 was delivered, i called the MTN same time and they advised me to take the phone back to MTN store which i did, now MTN don't want to cancel the contract even though they took the phone back, they are charging me for the contract that i do not even have the phone.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Rain service is now equivalent to ANC services, i made an order on 29 September 2021 and i haven't receive any feedback, they told me my order is with RAM and RAM say they dont have my order, this is now frustrating, and RAIN DONT GIVE A **** about investigating what is going on with my order but telling me i should just wait
