Very pleasant experience after taking my vehicle to DCP after an hijacking.Was greated by Michelle the service advisor who kept me in the loop through every stage of repairs until vehicle was completed. I would like to share my extremely wonderful experience with DPB. My vehicle was booked in with them in February 2021 following an accident that resulted in damages to my vehicle amounting to R200 000. From the outset every staff member was courteous and very helpful. They took my emotional state and anxiety over the accident into account when dealing with me. They didn't treat me like just another customer. Their attention to detail in the work that they did is nothing short of exemplary. My vehicle has been returned to me in a brand new state. I cannot tell where the damages occurred. I would like to thank the staff again and I fully recommend them to anyone needing any level of panel beating to be done. I contacted Express treadmill services because I had a problem with my treadmill and needed it repaired.They sent out a technician to my home and I had to pay an initial assessment fee of R500 which I did on completion of his assessment.The technician found out that there was a problem with the Main control board and had to be taken back to his workshop for further testing to analyse if the board could be repaired or alternatively be replaced. I was sent through an email stating that the Board had to be replaced which I agreed to at a price of R3220.00 inclusive of vat.The technician fitted the so called new board and the treadmill worked fine for +-4 hrs and then had the exact same fault.He came out to me and found that the new board that he fitted needed an upgrade because of a problem with the motor .He then took it back to this workshop and I got a call a week later stating that they were going to fit a 2nd hand motor at their cos***** been over a month now that they have been promising to come and sort it out,making appointments and not turning up.They also don't answer your calls as they have your number stored on there cellphones and landlines.Please do not do business with this company as they will take your money and you will never see them again .I have never come across another company that is so incompetent and unprofessional .They also don't have a business address on their invoice so probably working out of a garage in a residential home .I am now taking this matter further and handing them over for collection .They should also change their name as they are definitely not "EXPRESS"
