Enough, 3 times had to have an argument, as they just don't get it right. Delivered the wrongs puzza, took 2 hours and phone calls to get it fixed(If Ai got the wrong pizza means another got mine). While in the store, it sounded like a disco, really, can't have a conversation because they deem it fit to have the music at an insane volume.

The assistant manager, sorry I do not remember her name. Five * service. Went out of her way to assist. She should be recognized as a valuable employee.
If less than 1 was possible, I'd give them a -7. Took car in for major service, came back with gearbox problems. The head mechanics, and I quote, 'Eish', the other 4 mechanics standing around just did NOT know what to do. Try talking to the manager, yeah sure, he understands didly squat. Speak to Head Office, no we need time to investigate, leave your car here, you just f'ed up, why would I leave my car with you.
Worst Service Possible from a 'manager' at Southgate, Thabiso. This guy did not know the difference between length, width or profile. He literally stood there saying he does not understand! If that's the level of management Tile Africa employs, it is a sad day. I did make my purchase at CTM across the road, try them, chalk and cheese.
