Total lack of customer service from Metroconnect through Metrofibre
We have paid for a two week package for our holiday cottage, arrived to find it not working. 5 phone calls and 5 promises from Ai Sue to have a consultant call back, 4 hours later still no call back. Shocking lack of service, we are extremely frustrated and will not he recommending this Company to anyone!!!!

Cell C Full of Rubbish
After numerous failed attempts to obtain assistance from cell c wrt exceptionally bad signal, dropped calls and emergency calls only messages, i have given up. Customer service pass the buck, cant give me call reference numbers, and wont or cannot assist at all!!! Fed up with Cell C!!!!
