A couple of months ago i noticed that i was being charged for deliveries. I have a subscription for deliveries. When i queried it they told me i had cancelled my subscription. I had definitely not cancelled it as i use it usually twice a week. I didnt feel like an argument so i let it go. My latest order request was for R357.92 so as it was over R350 i went ahead. When the final invoice came through it showed a delivery fee of R36. When i queried this i was told thst my order never reached R350. When i looked again at my invoice i saw that there was an amount of R91.57 in my wallet which they app****. I didnt know there was any amount in my wallet. This then brought my amount down to R302.35. So they charged me a delivery fee in spite of the fact that my order was for R357.92. I should not be penalised because i had money in my wallet. I have since sent two more emails to them requesting a response. Nothing, zilch, nix, zero response. I am very unhappy and am now tempted to close this account and use my free delivery pick 'n pay account instead.
I am so fed up with discovery health. I, like thousands of others, have pay-as-you go-phones. Trying to speak to somebody at Discovery Health is a very time-consuming effort, especially when you finally get through to the correct person, there is just noise and people chatting in the background. I need hospital authorisation and I have no funds left on my phone. You can't even email them with a query or authorisation. My other recent query about gap cover for Keycare Core was a unhelpful 'speak to your broker'. I just wanted to know why, why, does discovery not offer this option for keycare plans. They just say they don't offer it, they will not say why! Grrrrrrr to Discovery health!
I have an old Volvo 2000 which has given me wiring problems for a long time, been to different mechanics, different auto electricians, most have given up. I reached out to Michael of Smiths auto electrical in Brackenfell purely through Gumtree and he offered his help. Michael went out of his way to find the problems, of which there were many, reaching out to colleagues in the industry and even online to the american volvo blogs for any information and advice. Michael was the only one to get my beloved Volvo up and running in perfect condition after all this time. I only take my volvo to him for services now and he gives pensioner and student discounts, saving me a lot of money as a pensioner. Well done Michael, I will never be able to thank you enough.

Absolutely shocking service, poor management and poor quality workmanship, I have nothing further to add except I will never deal with this company again
