To Whom it may concern I would like to push my current situation for the whole SA to see. I am a Mother of Three and I have been called and rudely broken apart regarding two accounts seeing I am a teacher and I needed to do a Covid Test every time I had the symptoms. I feel that in these times I did what was expected from myself as a Teacher and I would like to get this sorted seeing I am being treated as a criminal in my own Country for not being abled to pay for a test I was forced to do to insure I am not apart of the Problem but the Solution. My whole experience with all the people phoning me from Ampath was fine but when it was said they will give a discount but handed us over was a slap in the face. I would like this to be resolved in a good Manner so please get back to me asap Please bare in mind I am a teacher and a mother of three so I have limited time to answer calls but will make time to answer it to discuss our way forward. To Whom it may concern, I Marli Kuyler have been put under debt counseling for the last 6 months and have asked FNB to resolve any payments getting deducted form my old FNB account Firstly the Personal Banker said that he will sort everything out but this came to no avail.... how can FNB charge me after being put on debt review and still send me statements every month that shows i am being charged for a service I am no longer using Please can I ask that someone gets back to me to resolve this issue Kind regards Marli Kuyler
Good day, I was shocked by the increase on my household insurance and my cars I was paying an amount of R1510.00 incl every month Now it has jumped to R1875.00 incl Times are tough and my cars values are decreasing I am very sad to leave a company that I have invested in. I was busy with a lady for 13 minutes and the quality of the line was bad after my whole ordeal with not hearing and her manager giving a discount We could not get eye to eye regarding the new monthly installmenst and when i said i will then have to leave I was left with a Ek is regtig jammer My bankrekening elke maand sê nie ek is regtig jammer en daar is nie fondse Ek het my huis se Ligte opgegradeer en betaal nou R400 'n maand extra op my kragrekening na my inbraak wat jul diens puik was But now I am stressing the point help me or i move on Kind regards Mr Kuyler
After my ordeal with Fed Health, we received a NEW and Amazing thing that happened to us. We are getting calls from all Blood test Companies that were approved came back as the winner of non-payments..... I would like to Thank FED HEALTH from the bottom of my heart for the Ill way they treated me and my family that was only Loyal to the cause..... But I guess not even a dog is loyal because we were treated like Dogs not Humans. The Wheel Turns one way or another

Ek het na Virseker gegaan vanaf die 1ste Maart 2021 soos die Duiwel dit wou hê, het hul toe waragtig ingebreek in my huis op die 6de Maart en so doende my TV, CCTV uitgeruk DVR gesteel met die Hardeskyf om hul spore uit te wis. My water sproeier asook my brushcutter uit my garage gesteel. Ek het gewag vir Tania (Assesor) om na my huis te kom en ek het haar verwelkom soos my eie Familie verwelkom sou word. Sy het 'n pak papiere in my hand gedruk en ges ek moet dit invul en aan haar stuur. So gemaak en my affidevit na haar gestuur soos aangevra. Ek was gesê ek sal terugvoering die middag 29 Maart 2021 ontvang en niks ontvang. Ek het telke male haar probeer kontak e toto whatsapps gelos en geen antwoord. Vandag 1 April 2021 het sy my gekontak en nuwe papierwerk aangevra sienende sy niks aan haar kan kon kry Ek het dit gestuur. Ek het ook genoem dat ek nie seker was oor waar die brush cutter gekoop was en dit was aangeneem dat die ook by Makro was. Ek het toe weerheens aan Tania verduidelik dat ek dit by Builders Warehouse gekoop het en NIE by Makro. Al wat ek vra is dat komminikasie aan my gegee word soos verlang. Sterkte ....
I received a call from a Gentleman stating he was working from Fed Health and he wanted to assist and write to the Scheme to assist me. This has now been 5 days with no reply Is this Service or is this a time playing for me not to choose a different Medical Scheme. I am really to a point where I want to go to the Newspapers and not just Hello Peter I have asked numerous times and I know I am at fault and there are rules but times are tough and I need to make a decision for my Family. I am not even on the Medical Aid seeing I can only support my wife and Children seeing I can't pay for myself. When my daughter was born last year I took myself off the Medical Aid and added her seeing I can't afford it. I hope the person who reads this from Fed Health has some humanity left in them to see we are all Humans and we all have to make life-changing decisions daily to sort out issues. I have had endless correspondence regarding the changing of my fed health Flexi fed 2 option to Flexi Fed 1 seeing I did not know what the year of 2020 was going to give me as a Father and a Parent. After asking 3 times via Mail I have come to a decision to let everyone know that I am not happy. I also had a case where my baby was born 22 January 2020 where Fed health Promised me that there will be no issues in the hospital and guess what I received a medical bill of over R7000.00 that I needed to pay the Dr seeing the medical aid only pays 100% after I phoned Fed Health and asked if everything was covered(All Lies) I would like to leave if no one can assist in the downgrading of my scheme seeing times are tough and I need to turn and squeeze every asset that I have to survive. please get back to me Mr Kuyler ID8710020137085
I decided to take all of my current Insurance that we have to one insurer King price, Seeing we would like to have a one-stop shop experience. We did this September 12th 2020 after which we had Üpgraded"with King Price 1 st October came and we received a mail that the Nissan that we have had on this plan for over 2 years is going up again. Ok i understand we are in tough times but we gave King Price extra Value and when I phoned them yesterday I was treated rudely by the person reading me a wonderful script."like a parrot I then went online where someone assisted me and said they will call"us ASAP This never happened I am seriously dissapointed in a Company that say they look after there clients best interest, but treat me like this over the phone. Nissan went from R440.89incl to R527.09incl. This is an increae of 19.55 % just after an epidemic Call Covid?
