They do not pay bills. Never mind the excuses they give for not paying. They have false advertising on their website about being caring, transparent and will honor claims. I had to return my stoma products yesterday for a credit note because of non-payment dispite the transaction date that was on the 8 December 2025, and I was covered till 31 December 2025. My personal advise to others ... GET YOUSSELF ANOTHER MEDICAL AID BECAUSE SISWEHOSMED IS IN FINANCIAL TROUBLE. THEY ARE ALL OVER THE NEWS OF BEING UNDER CURATORSHIP. THAT ALONE SAYS IT ALL. Dissatisfied ex customer.

If you have taken out a WILL and allowed Nedbank your WILL it's a big mistake. The worst service received and they are very reluctant and cannot put you through to the right people to cancel your WILL. A whole day wasted on Nedbank trying to cancel my WILL. Send to the bank only to be hit a roadblock yet again. We are now at the end of the day and nothing happend. It seems like they are quick to take your Custody fees and not give you the service .... all they are interested in is your money. MY ADVISE IS TO PUT YOUR NIKES ON AND RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM NEDBANK. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO DANDLE YOUR ESTATE!!
Forst company to deal with. They put the phone down in your ear!! whilst you talking. Because I had a stroke my money is not good enough!!! It's easy for the guy to acuse you for shouting.
Blue Security is in SHAMBLES and heaven knows how they conduct business with the outside world. I'm sick and tired calling after them to fix the same old admin mistake. The admin department is non functional and a real pain in the hind. Totally pointless writing here as I see there are many complaining about the same problem. This will be another complaint in the queue falling on deaf ears ... If you have hair on your teeth you can become a client otherwise run ...
I am a regular customer and purchase their hot meals often. I am starting to run out of fingers to count all the occasion of buying off / spoiled hot food. Insult to injury is when you get home and want to eat and realize its off and then you are minus dinner for the evening. Not to mention the horrid feeling of explaining to my elderly mother in her 70's that there is no dinner. I am getting very frustrated to throw my money in my dustbin when I get home.
Having great difficulty in them cancelling the bond debit order as my employer is paying on my behalf. Their 3-5 working day policy for it to be dealt with and refund me has not happened. Nedbank's Home loan dept is really very old fashioned in doing business and their incompetence create troubles which falls back on the client in running around, making phone calls and chasing after the money ... Very frustrating for me and clearly a don' care attitude from them!
