they handle each piece of furniture carefully and with caution, my house was newly painted and there was absolutely no bumping or scuffing or dragging...highly recommend these friendly guys
this company's secretary is chasing away my good and reliable tenants by ignoring continuous polite requests by myself, the estate agent and the tenant herself to update the tenant's mobile number to enable her to gain access to the complex where I own a property. It was done only after nearly 3 weeks of emailing, calling and wasting everyone involved's time
Where do I start...going for 3 weeks, my washing machine still not repaired, not even started, it is still at home and not collected yet; I took 2 days off work waiting in vain for the technicians to come and look at the machine after waiting for 5 days from the day the call was logged; finally they arrived on Friday 5 Oct after telling me that they "don't have an aeroplane" and that his son had been in an accident; then the technician promised to collect the machine on Sat the 6th Oct ; he did not arrive; on Monday 8 Oct I called the office - no reply; I called the Samsung service centre who informed me that Liptronics was offline, but that they would call me; I then called the technician on his mobile phone - he informed me that his relative had died, hence the delay; I rang the service centre again - they email Liptronics asking someone to call me; at 14h30 I receive a call with a quote for R1300 and that the part should be there in 3 to 4 working days, someone will call me; On Thursday 11th October I ring the office - they have no idea what I am talking about _"what part did we order?"; I ring the service centre again who confirm that the part had arrived the previous day already; no further calls are received; on Monday 15th I call - I am kept holding for so long that I put down the phone; the service centre promises to follow up on Tuesday 16TH oct; Tuesday morning at 9h00 I call the office - I ask for Nadia the manager who denies that anyone had called me with a quotation; she then promises that the technician will come to my house on Saturday 20th October; I ask her to confirm via email - she does not do that; I call the service centre again - they tell me that nobody is coming on Saturday.......IS THERE ANY OTHER SAMSUNG APPROVED SERVICE CENTRE IN CAPE TOWN?%$#
