I wouldnt advise anyone to live at their properties. Poor management and lack of ownership taken to resolve issues.

Very poor client service
I have a query that hasnt yet been resolved from April this year. I wouldnt advise moving onto a place where they are appointed. Very poor client services and lack of ownership by the team.

Terrible Service
Ive had really terrible service with First For Women. I wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone. I just had a consultant hang up on me during a phone call.

Car Insurance Claim
Its been 3 weeks since my car was taken in and the parts have not yet even been ordered. The claims department sat with my car for 2 weeks and shipped it off to a different auto body far from me without notifying me of the decision. i am disappointed of the service i have received and a a result would not advise anyone to join them. Im cancelling my policy with them as of immediate effect.
