I recently arrived at OR Tambo airport and wanted to catch an Uber to my destination. I was directed to L2 where one can supposedly wait for your Uber. Probably about 100 people waiting for Ubers and huge traffic jams in Level 2. My Uber got in about 15 minutes late and then it took us 40 minutes to get out of the exit gates of the parkade. Shocking traffic congestion and that's on a Sunday afternoon at 6 pm. ACSA must sort this out because there are not enough exits from Level 2. Very bad planning and I wont be meeting my Uber driver on Level 2 next time. Shocking congestion and must be addressed asap.
I recently purchased some items on Temu. I did this becuase I have been to China and the quality of products available in China is good. So I purchased some Temu items hoping for the same quality. Well- I got junk and very poor quality goods. The advertising was also very misleading. Now that I want to return the goods, I have to pay for the courier costs back to destination. Quite shocking. This gives China a very bad name and it's quite insulting to receive such low quality goods. Am I an idiot for ordering from Temu. BYD and other products are great, but goods from Temu are shockingly poor quality. I will never buy from them again and warn others against shopping on Temu.
I have complained three times to Ketla about the rust on the funnels and grid, and internal frame of my Ketla Gas braai. I purchased the braai on 17 March 2017 and had a great braaing experience. The rust started to appear towards the end of last year and I got a Weber braai cover to possibly help. Despite having the braai under my roof and under the cover and careful washing the rust is getting to the point that I cant use it. Another cheap brand oven braai stands outside since 2013 - with no rust on any components anywhere. This is not acceptable. Given the third complaint on the Ketla Contact us web page, and two emails to ********** and two calls to the listed 087 number - I still have had response. This is all very unfortunate as my actual braaing experience with the Ketla Gas braai has overall been very good. However - The poor backup service and rusting parts have let the this expensive Ketla brand down. I now resort to Hello Peter to tell others about my bad experience with rust on the internal components and service. I have requested that Ketla replace the rusted components, or give me a new braai. At the least respond to my emails and ensure the expensive Ketla Gas Braai has longer lasting components. For these reasons I cannot recommend a Ketla Gas Braai as sold by Game, Makro, Builders Warehouse to anybody.
