I ordered from Temu. The parcel was at the South hub since the 9th out for delivery. The WhatsApp channel is not friendly at all. When you call them and press option to speak to customer service, they just don't answer. Pathetic service to say the least. My tracking number 2G000337....
I would like to commend Natasha at ITT tel number 0213851007. I was waiting on a parcel from SHEIN. My parcel was out on the road for delivery, for two days. Countless calls to buffalo to get an answer, with no luck. I lost my cool with my last call to them, asking what company is delivering my parcel. They said ITT. I gave her a call on 22 October and she said she will ensure the driver drops it first thing the next morning and she stuck to her words. She turned my whole experience around. So I did the application for a data sim for my daughter. After everything, consultant advised my acc will debited on the 25th. I will get pro rata data. Which is all lies! Knowing I don't have funds in my cheque acc, why would I allow deit orders ?
