Horrible Service
Horrible service, I have been waiting 3months to cancel my one sim. All I get from Rain is, we will get back to you. In the meantime I must pay for it. It is ridiculously how easy you can get Rain but impossible to cancel it

Sad Customer
I wish I had anything good to say, I am still waiting for the Cape Town branch to give me answers to my questions on the e-mail I have sent them. Phoning them surely didn't work. My Drone came back from repairs months later... it is dirty with a very sticky substance on the phone holder gear area, and my controller antennas are loose as if they are worn out. I took such good care of my Drone, now I feel like I have someone else's Drone that has worked hard. I was thinking of upgrading but I would rather go some where else. This is the second time I have had issues, first time my charging hub was faulty – also took months to get feedback and results
