UnFair Price!!
Absolute regret buying online at Fair Price. I bought 4 bar stools online and upon opening the box, the one stool was broken and missing assembling *****s. After emailing and having hope that they might send me a proper, undamaged one since they took the item back for assessment I was told I had signed the POD and therefore they will be returning the very same damaged one back.DO NOT buy online and DO NOT trust that the drivers deliver ur goods in tact. They always come back and blame you.

Lelo and Sthembile , what a lovely service rendered in piercing my 6 months baby. I applaud you guys for being welcoming, answering all my questions and most of all - making my baby feel comfortable. I appreciate the great service!

I dont care attitude
Horrible service at Steers in Tsakane Mall (eastrand) I arrived there at 09:18 whereas their opening hours clearly marked on the door states they open at 09:00...they had closed at the time of my arrival and just told me they havent opened. A few minutes later , another customer arrived and the lady cleaning there said they havent opened and the customer asked why and he was told its because they are still cleaning the stoves and had no idea what time they will open. So angry as the explanation makes no sense at all and the employees don't have customer service s****s or whatsoever.

Bad service. Excitement gone to waste!
Won a vacation (in January 2018) voucher valid for a year. We chose Beacon Island as our destination and paid the relevant deposit to secure the voucher as requested - within 30 days. Called in to ask if they received the deposit as well as the date in which we had planned to go for our vacation, which was for March 2018.Unfortunately, we were told to wait upon their schedule to be emailed to us to choose available dates thereof. As per their schedule - we booked again for another date. Received an email from them and were asked to deposit a fee to secure our accommodation, which we did. However, til date (October 2018) we are told that Beacon Island is fully booked for the year 2018 until end of February 2019.Mind you, our voucher expires in February 2019.Someone please tell me what was the whole purpose of winning this voucher?!
