A ****, Contravening The consumer protection Act, Aught to be investigated by the FSCA. They confiscated their vehicle from me but continue to deduct money in my account that cannot be stopped nor reversed. Making impossible for me to ever be able to be up-to-date with payment. They need to be investigated something is OFF, mafia mentality cannot be left to flourish. NEVER!!
I got a HP laptop on contract at Telkom. The device has never worked. Goodness! It is as slow as a pentium 1 in 2022. Called the call centre was told to go to the branch. At the branch a joke of Technician told me he can't do anything I must call HP myself to resolve the problem. What a joke...HP don't know me. Telkom will enjoy my R450 a month for selling me something of no value. Even the printer that comes with the laptop does not work. They don't know how to set it up apparently.
I bought a Nissan X-trial in September 2020 from them. I asked if the vehicle was in an accident and they advised that it was not. On top of that I was charged the most ridiculous interest rate when my credit record was great, they took advantage that this was my first car. Fast forward a year later I find out while they vehicle was in for repairs that the left fender does not have the same color as the rest of the vehicle, indicative of repairs on the vehicle. So the vehicle was in an accident afterall! These guys are one of the reason the used vehicle industry in South Africa is a scam!
Vodacom customer care ignore ny request to change my debit order date then they charged me sone crazy amount to rerun the debit order. The data was freezed but never put back after payment. Sent vodacom an email with proof of the request to complaints departments, they don't give a toot. They've got too many customers to care about one lousy contract i guess.
Absa is a nightmare. Their account is shocking. I was forced to use their App which didn't work for months. Now I get billed for using the App. I get withdrawal charges and unexplained administration charges. I got a payday advance loan of R3000 they took R800 for themselves for no reason. They let an unauthorized debit of R399 go off my account I reversed it and only got R190 back. Asked the consultant to block but here I am with the same situation. I hate you people. Some of us work hard for those sets.

The absa app is horrific. Ever since they ported me to it, it had never been functional. Noone has a cooking clue. The most frustrating thing is when I asked to get my internet validations by phone and absa makes impossible. Literally have to beg every month end to make payment it ridiculous. I have been to the branches the consultant goes around in circles. Delete the app. Create a new password. Link device. Now they want me to confirm the last time I logged in. Meaning they don't know if I've ever been able to use it. Absa is joke. Their charges are just as rediculous.
