Bad,don't believe their advertising. Someone drove in front of my husband from a left street into my car he was driving in the Main road.Its already nearly 5 months. The accident happen 21April 2024.Their advertising claims you pay excess but will be refund if it's not your fault.This is a daylight fact that the other driver drove into my car from the left street.In this 5 months they have numerous excuses.Only now they're waiting for the report.This is my last review about them.If I have to take legal steps I will. Of course I'm gonna change my car insurance,can't stay with such an unorganized company.
We had an accident with our Clio.A foregneir that rented a car from a car rental drove in infront of us.This happend the 29 th of April on a Sunday.We had to pay R4500 accident co-payment to our insurance. We are suppose to get this money back.The accident was not our fault. The Car rental charge these people an excess amount for accident claims.First my Consultant said she cant get hold of the fleet manager for the rental Company. Then when I want to know whats going on, she said the car rental denied the accident. When I asked a month later again she said she tries to get hold of the driver wich is a foreigner.Ive send numerous emails the last few days to her with no respond.Ive even asked her if she can get me someone else that can take my accident co-payment claim over.No respond. Ive been with King Price for a few years already. I feel like cancelling my insurance with them. This is really not acceptable for me.

Baie dankie aan Woolworths vir hulle puik diens. Ek koop vandag weer Soos al die vorige jare my dogter se skoene daar.Dit kos R430.00. Hulle kan nie die nommer van die skoene op hulle stelsel kry nie. Met ander woorde daardie paar skoene was seker nie ingelees nie.Ons het toe die skoene verniet gekry. Ek kon dit nie glo nie. Baie dankie Woolworths.Ek is nou sommer bly dat ek julle nog elke jaar onersteun.

I've asked Cap Legacy to call me back. They did indeed and wanted to sell insurance to me. Me and my husband already have a life policy with them And our Will. We need to change things on our Wil.I told her I need someone to come back to me that I can arrange for the changes. She took my I'd and phone number and promise someone will call me back. I'm waiting 2 weeks already. It looks like I have to change to another broker company to do these things for me, and cancel with Cap Legacy.
I have my hisense phone for 7 months. It is a contract from Mtn. I took the phone in the battery was only charging till 75 %. My phone is at mtn already for more than a month. They let me know today it's the battery It will cost me 299 for replacing the battery. So I told them to leave it I will get my own battery. They replied but it's the original battery. Is that not what was supposed to be in my phone. Maybe it was not. First time in my life that I have a brand new phone and 6 months later is default. Also they told me the battery is only covered for 6 months. Mine was just over 6 months. Thanks Hisense. I bought my first phone from you and loved it ...so upgraded to a newer phone. Never again will I do that again. I will also not recommend hisense to anyone . Thanks for being without my phone for nearly 6 weeks. I still don't have my phone.Borrowed a phone.
My phone have a problem with charging. So I took it in to mtn 3 weeks ago. I've done my contract online. Then Mtn contact me and said they cant start to work on the phone they need the delivery note that I signed when they delivered my phone. I dont have that note anymore. So I started calling the online mtn to get a copy of that. 3 days in a row I was on the phone 40 t0 50 minutes per day. They put me threw from one to another and then cut me off. Waiting all my time I was holding on to get this solved. There is still no one that can help nie. They all say we will email it to you. Can a email take 3 weeks. I have to pay my contract but my phone is at the atm shop. This is the worst experience I had. I was with Vodacom all the time and never had this problem. I'm so sorry that I've changed to Mtn.
