Got no idea why people would deal with this company. I for mostly, will never promote or advise people to utilize their services. Furthermore they must not contact me, not interested in their stories.
Every time I visit Midas, Rietfontein, Pretoria, I am pleasantly surprised. The services are always, professional, efficient and a pleasure experiance. The battery of my vehicle expired but within the warranty period. It was promptly replaced and even physically fitted to the vehicle. Thankyou Jaco for your service.
Brilliant sales but after service pathetic.Similar experience when trying to contact and deal with foreign affairs. My alarm system is still under warranty. I discovered that one of the outside beams does not cover the area intended to, has to move another meter. Tried contacting service provider, no success, blue ticked me on whatsapp but no response. Phoned ADT, might as well speak to foreign affairs. Absolutely helpless. This after I told the lady, we had just experience a armed robbery at home, 3 weeks prior and therefor very concerned of our security situation. She said she would escalate it, to whom I asked, she said, my service provider!!!!!! Who does not respond???? What idiotic company!!
Unethical business practise. Continue trying to withdraw funds after contract was terminated within the prescribed period. Informed them that its fraudulent behaviour, if they continue. They are useless and pathetic excuse of a service provider.
Very efficient when opening account. However, total nightmare when closing account. No correspondence between various in-house departments, lack of response. No responsibility taken, everything has to be elevated to senior management, who are useless.

The spring that is fitted to my double door kelvinator is broken. Fits into the bottom left hand door. I have written to Electrolux service department: service@electrolux.co.za. No response. Then phoned the Spare parts department. Transfered to a guy called Visa, put on hold while he was having a wonderful humerus discussion with colleagues, then he proceeded to sing happy birthday to someone special. Eventually he responded and had no clue what I wanted, doubt this guy knows the difference between a bolt and a washer. He then promised to mail me a parts list. Which never happened. 4 days later I phoned again and this time a lady responded, also has no clue what a spring is and asked me the part no???? I then mailed her a photo of the fridge, the spring and where it fits in the fridge. Still has no clue, then responded by mailing me the parts list. Can't find anything remotely that looks like the part or the assembly I am looking for. I then phoned again, asked to speak to someone with technical knowledge, was told there is no one but they would transfer me to management. Was cut off, phoned again, was put on hold, eventually gave up. The incompetent, disgusting service and pathetic knowledge of their products is totaly incomprehensible!!!
Penta Menlyn must be the most pathetic dealer which has ever existed on this planet. They don't answer their phones, Do not respond to messages. Basically, totaly unprofessional and a waist of time/money. Will never try and use them for any service because it does not exist!!!
Thupello driving academy is a pathetic excuse of a driving school. How do they teach learner drivers s****s and simple road traffic compliance when they them selves have no respect for traffic laws and public in general. They change lanes without using their indicators, use the phone while driving, obstruct traffic and lastly, use inappropriate, filthy language against the public, when confronted. Further, the so called Director Mr. LETSHOLO, is avasive. Tried to contact him via phone and mail with no response. Pathetic excuse of a incompetent company.
I had my Alfa serviced at Penta Menlyn in January this year. Part of the service entailed, replacing the airfilter, which I provided. On the job card it mentioned that they replaced it. 5,000 kilometers later my vehicle went in for another non related service at Glenridge motors. They thought they would do me a favour and check the airfilter and other regular maintenance points. I was shocked to learn that my filter was never replaced and in a very bad condition. I took a photo as proof and still driving around with this filter as proof of a job not done at Penta. I contacted Penta Menlyn numerous times, was told by a lady called Rene, every time that the matter was referred to her manager and he would contact me. This does not happen. Out of desperation I tried to contact the dealer principal Gideon, also a unsuccessful quest. I find their attetude disgusting and their service integrity, wanting.
