Wicode Voucher Not Redeemed
In an attempt to buy a cup of cappacchino, I presented the cashier with a wicode voucher for 20. The drink was 39. The cashier attempted to redeem voucher- it was unsuccessful- the voucher was suppose to be for full amount. I was going to pay the difference.

Wicode redemption
WiCode: 790360367(redeemed) I visited the store with above Wicode to redeem. The staff member that assisted me got a declined message. I then redeemed the Wicode at Mugg and Bean Shop G300, 1 Palm Boulevard, Umhlanga. I do not understand why this was the case.

I received an email stating that my current fibre line package will be upgraded from 15/15 Mbps to 50/50 Mbps- new price will be 608. I am currently paying 268. How do you budget when the price goes up more than 100%. This is not reasonable.

Cell C Gateway took 1 hour to do sim swap
In an attempt to do a sim swap due to being ******, I visited the Gateway branch. I felt that the service was bad when it came to verifying transactions on my prepaid account. Not too worry- I will be telling all my friends and family about my 1 hour that I spent doing a sim swap.
