On 23 January 2023 my car broke down in Ottery. I was convinced by one of the tow truck drivers that they’re also good mechanics and can fix the vehicle. After paying R6000 and waiting until April, the vehicle wasn’t touched.

RMI is a scam
RMI is a scam. I don't understand how they could approve a pathetic company like German West Spares in Pretoria that has scammed me of 6k. I would not advise anyone to trust them or German West. You will throw away your money. First German West will send you the wrong parts. Then your will struggle to get them to exchange those parts. Then you will spend another week trying to get a waybill from them which I have still not gotten. It is safe to say that they have scammed me off my 6k. My second question is how does RMI approve such a pathetic company. RMI must be pathetic as well then. You can't even find the complaint form on RMI website. No email address visible either

Do Not Trust This pathetic company. How did they get RMI approved?
I would not advise anyone to trust this dealer. You will throw away your money. First they will send you the wrong parts. Then your will struggle to get them to exchange those parts. Then you will spend another week trying to get a waybill from them which I have still not gotten. Wayne will give you a run around saying the parts have been sent but cannot send you a waybill or tracking number. So this company lies on top of it. It is safe to say that they have scammed me off my 6k. My second question is how does RMI approve such a pathetic company. RMI must be pathetic as well then.

Unreliable Store
Worst online store ever! The online store called the Reliable Store is a Scam. People should avoid ordering from them. I've placed an order at the beginning of December and they are ignoring me. I have been struggling to get any refund as well. Upon further research, there are tons of people with the same complaints.
