My account was in arrears I got a Black Friday discount which I paid and sent proof of payment to the accounts team I cc’d Ariel, Nompumelelo on the email. They confirmed that my account is settled this was in November 2024 and now I keep getting calls from the call centre saying I must pay up
Hi I joined the gym in June, I called to cancel the contract on Tuesday morning and the admin told me I have to come in person to cancel, so I went there it was after 6 pm and the lady at the reception told me they can't help at this time I will have to come back between 7:30 am till 16:00pm. I told them I knock off at 5:30pm and they said unfortunately they can't help me. I went this morning Thursday 7:40 am I was told to pay R1800 to cancel- so basically I have to pay R3200 because I have 2 accounts with the gym it's mine and my little sister. And I was advised that their Speed points are working I should go withdraw the money and pay cash- I am still in shock and quite disappointed in the service they provided. I want to cancel my contract and I'm not paying such ridiculous amount
