These people act like they give a damn about people's wellbeing. I app**** for a medical emergency loan because I need to buy a new medical device. I'm told that they can't assist me with 35k, even though I needed more than that. All they ****en care about is them getting thier money back. I have been a ****ed loyal customer for more than 14 years and I mean in these 14 years my salary has been paid via this very bank including this past month without fail. Today I need financial aid I'm told about my wellbeing. What do you know about my wellbeing cause without this medical device and medication I'm definitely not going be well at all. What is the perpose of you asking what I need the money for if it will not be taken into consideration. If I said I wanted to go on vacation would it have made a difference? So if my very own bank that I have given my business to for all this years fail to help me in my time of need who is supposed to?? Why didn't you people say that you are not prepared to assist me with anything in my life before I waisted my time, busy telling myself that I have a reliable bank. Not knowing that you are just back stabbing monsters.
This people act like they give a **** about black people when they still want you to take up their insurance. Once it's time for them to cover your back, it's now stories after the other.. I insured my iPhone for +-300 a month for over 4 months when I claimed for it I was told according to the records they are getting when I started insuring my phone, the phone was no longer working. Fine, since I am mad I insured a none working. Why did they keep on taking the premiums for the very phone, and not even refund me for the past premiums? To top it all I claimed for a TV which the claim was declined, which I understood. But now the TV was collected by their people. And now I am being given the run around where my TV is at. For the past 2 month, they just keep on telling me that they are escalating the matter and they never get back to me. Do since I am black I don't deserve to have anything of value? If I was some white guy they would have dealt with the matter, even before I started asking questions. A whole 65" Smart TV, that thing cost me 20K. I want my TV. They are a bunch of ******s ****mers.
This is a *** service provider, my phone broke on the 16th December 2024, my insurance insurance requested the last used date (LUD) of my phone. This mother ****en service provider said my phone was last used in August 17th 2024. Now my insurance declined my claim cause it's like I'm trying to commit *****. When I want to know how is that possible cause that phone has been active and I have been making calls and receiving calls from the damn stupid phone. All I'm given was that's all the answers they have, when I asked what about my sim card they claim that they can't see my sim card where as the very stupid number is the one I was using to call them with. Yet they can't pick up the ****en stupid sim. I was promised that the matter will be escalated and I will receive an sms with a reference number for this case but nothing. Feather more I was told that I need to follow up after 24 hours and there is no direct person I can speak to I should just call. It's almost 2 weeks now without a proper phone and thanks to MTN's incompetence my phone won't be replaced, now I need to take out money from my pocket to get a new phone were as my phone is insured. If I was white I would not be sent from pillar to post, MTN would have rectified their mistake and taken full responsibility for this mess. But because I am black I don't matter. The stupid foolish *****s they call consultants are sooo rude and they don't even listen to me as the client, one of them even went to an extent of refusing to transfer me to someone who can give me the answers I am looking for. All she said was it's because she has given me all the answers with soo much rudeness and a level of "I don't give a **** about your stupid black people problem that you have as long as I get paid." So MTN say that I am a ghost and I was accused that I blacklisted the phone after it got lost but my phone is not lost it's just damaged. So why on earth would I blacklist my phone that is right here with me. And according to them I can rock up and claim that my phone stopped working on the 16th of December 2024 were as it stopped in August. What level of crazy is that? So black people have nothing better to do besides waking up and wasting their time. Or I am sooo ****en bored with my life, and I blacklist my own phone and make my own sim card disappear from their so called system. So I am being accused of practicing witch craft. MTN must compensate me for all this stress they are causing me, they must get in touch with King Price and rectify these nonsense.
These ****** ****en ******s hypocrites has no regards whatsoever for black peoples lives. This monsters refused to pay for any of my chiropractor’s bill, and now I am stuck with a bill that I can’t even afford. To top it off I had to stop my treatment sessions because they can’t treat me without money. And simply because I don’t have white skin and not rich I don’t deserve to get treatments. Now my condition has detoured and I’m back to square one because of them. Yet when they need to pay for medication they come up with stories. If I was a white person, there would be no ****en way that I would be treated in this manner. I have sent corespondents before requesting for the bill to be sorted and I was promised that it will be sorted in 10 working days. But still nothing, the bill is still hanging over my head. So you are trying by all means to make sure that my life should end and my little kids be left without a mother. The chiropractor sessions were really helping my life to get better, but no I don’t deserve it because I’m black? Settle the damn stupid bill and pay for the sessions.
I bought 2 single sized electric blankets, 1 stopped working after just a couple of days after delivery and they replaced it. I made this purchase on the 06 of July 2024 now on the 30th August the very replacement has stopped working. Now I am not being given an option to request a replacement, the stupid thingy has a 1 year warranty but this 1 stopped working after just a month. I am being told that I must take up the warranty issue with the manufacturer, did I buy from the manufacturer or from you? So why must I deal with the manufacturer? I paid my hard earned money to you not the manufacturer. Replace my electric blanket and stop with nonsense.
I have put through a claim 3 weeks ago for the 4045 and for the past 2weeks now I am being told that you are waiting for the paid up certificate from SADTU department. For the past two weeks I have been spending my money on airtime calling your offices and being transferred from pillar to post with no assistance. Only have to deal with all the rude *****es who don’t give a damn about other peoples feelings. To an extent that 1 if them said I should provide the paid up certificate if I don’t like the way you work cause the deceased should have the paid up certificate. So since I am unable to find it in any of the documents in the house I must wake up my father from the grave and ask him were his paid up certificate is. One of the rude *****es saw it fit to say to me “ yah we not gonna pay this claim because this person resigned not retired.” So my father at the age of 60 he was still required to work his ass of and he wont be regarded as a retired person. This man has been a member of SADTU for 32 years and this is the thank you he gets. With this endless rude phone calls that I have to deal with on daily basis when do you expect me to mourn my father? Ever since his passing I have not been able to mourn him because I am still busy trying to sort this out, must I wait for the whole year before this is resolved? If I was a white person would I be treated with so much disrespect? Would I be told to go to the nearest SADTU office to request for the certificate? You don’t even know what I do for a living but I must make time to go around looking for your offices. You don’t even know My physically abilities. They even refused to transfer me to their managers or anyone who has the ability to assist me cause clearly they have no idea how to do their jobs let alone talk to people.

This people don’t give a damn about people, my father had a funeral policy with them (phakama) but now that he is no more they don’t give a ****. This is now the third week since my dad passed away, but still no payment from them. The people that answer the phone when you call to follow up are even rude and has no respect at all, the lady I spoke to did want to listen to what I was saying she just wanted to tell me what ever it is she wanted to say. I tried to ask for a direct person that I should call and she refused to give the number and the person I need to contact. Simply because I am a black person, I truly believe that if I was white none of this would be happening. So if I didn’t take loans to conduct my dad’s funeral my poor father would still be lying in the mortuary turning into a biltong while they are having a joll and their lives are not disrupted. So I must eat my dad since I can’t burry him aniri he is black, and as black people we eat our own people when 1 is dead.
I have a funeral policy under written by you heartless fools, when I took out the policy I was told ku if any of my dependents were to pass away and the cause of death is natural, I will be covered before I finished the 6month waiting period if I can prove that, that I have covered that person somewhere else, and that particular policy is older than 6 months. Now this fools are telling me that they meant that I should have cancelled my other policy and stayed only with their policy. Now must I eat my father cause I am not able to burry him. I took their stupid policy cause they said that I will be cover. Now I am left high and dry, I can’t burry my dad with dignity simply because of them.. I know if I was white none of this nonsense would be happening this people would have done the right thing. So to them black people are dogs.
Afrihost suspended my account claiming they have technical problem and they can’t debit all visa accounts. I requested them to activate my account so I can work they refused and I suggested that when their system I back online they can debit the account they made me hold for more than 30 minutes on 3 different calls, that I’m making with my own airtime and they never came back to me. These ****en ******s treat us like trash just cause we are black, my ****** business is loosing money while they are making theirs. My business should suffer because of their so called system problem. I have been talking to 3 different people and this fools are soo *********** to the T. If I was a white person none of this would be happening, they would have resolved my matter in seconds. They are not taking black people serious. All they see is cash ***s, they just want our money. I even requested to speak to the manager and all they did was to put me on hold until Jesus came back, the so called manager failed to even get back to me. And the fool had the nerve to say that it won’t help talking to the manager cause he or she is gonna tell me the same thing. Today my company did nothing, their ****** stunts cause me more that R15K, I need to be compensated for this loss, My clients are ****ed they are even threatening to cancel their contract with my company. Now I will be faced with a law suite for bridge of contracts all thanks to this mother ****en ******s. This is the reason why black owned business don’t make it, you will trying to hustle and The devil’s twins ruins everything. Soo my kids must suffer cause of you, my employees can’t get paid cause of your foolishness.
