CAPITEC DEBIT ORDER CANCELLATION
I live in Saudi Arabia, I want to cancel a debit order so I wrote an email to Capitec Bank and they refused to cancel it even though they know I live in Saudi Arabia and they do have a Skype call system for security reasons. I had a loan with SA MULTI LOAN which changer later to be Bridge loans. They have sent two different attorneys for the same loan to deduct on my salary. They all took R1064.27 monthly for the same account. I need my money back and Ialso need a letter stating the amount was paid that I owed. Refererence no Osc- ********** 49

I was garnisheed by Flemix and Associates for an account that I am unaware of, its called ''Las Manos Investment 168''. Flemix deducted R1064.27 monthly and the total amount was R21, 166.64. I never signed anything with Flemix, they never contacted me, otherwise I would have asked about the Lan Manos Investment 168.I tried to contact Flemix but out of reach.

I had a garnishee order done by COOMBE & Associates , they deducted R1064.27 in 2012 until they finished R14360.88 the account belongs to LAS MANOS INVESTMENTS 168, I don't even know such a credit provider. For this garnishee I never signed anything related to this account.

settlement letter
In 2013 February I was garnisheed by Van De Merwe Attorneys on behalf of African Bank. Now when I want a clearance letter they are telling that they closed the case in 2015, when I contacted African Bank they told me that on that account I still owe them R4058. These Attorneys are refusing to tell me what happened with the money they deducted, they advised me to pay what African Bank wants from me.

letter from the bank
I was garnisheed by African Bank in 2012 and the lawyers appointed by them took all the money the wanted. to my surprise when I contacted the bank because I need a letter that confirms that I completed paying my debt, they told me that I still owe then R4058. I contacted the lawyers, Van De Merwe attorneys, the told me they closed this case in 2015 I must pay what African Bank wants from me.
