Stay away from this company. You will waste your money I've had endless problems with their *********** staff. The are dishonest and misleading I've sent messages to the CEO but he does not bother to answer Other than not receiving a product I specifically asked for, I have not had wifi for the past 5 days and I still have no idea why. No one can assist me
I've been with openweb for a while now. I contacted them to switch products and they (Dane Samuels) advised me to cancel my current product and apply for the new one 10 days before the end of this month I followed this and when I app**** for the new product I was informed by Zelda Coetzee that my area was not covered for the new product. I explained that my details have not changed . She tells me to re-apply with my correct address I repeatedly told her that I have the exact same profile and I cannot give her a false address. However, she ignores all of this and insists I need to provide my correct address She advises me that if I do not send this by this morning my product will only be activated from August I again reminded her that I have a current product which will expire at the end of July and I only need new activation from the beginning of August in any case. It seems as I cannot get this very basic simple details understood by her and that is frustrating. It's really not complicated at all I also asked why Dane did not check if I had coverage before advising me to cancel the current product. She ignores this completely. It's as if I'm speaking to a robot I have to give Marietjie van Niekerk 5 stars. She handled my requests with my current product and always advised me the correct option Openweb, check your employees. I advise that some of them need very basic training on the products and how to handle clients. Dane and Zelda desperately need this training

I am in the process of ordering my product They have sent me a pro-rata bill which is nearly the same amount as a full month subscription and I will only be using it from about the 20th of this month My subscription is R499/month, but they want to charge R399 pro rata and I will most probably only be using it for about 10 days I've asked for clarification and I just receive a pro-rata formula that they use which makes no sense My explanation of how pro rata should be calculated is not even considered It seems as if they allow maximum 40% reduction on pro-rata where other services providers work up to 100% which is fair and how it should be I may be wrong but then someone needs to explain and convince me I have seen good reviews and I really want this product but I want fairness upfront The LTE-A specialist is Marietjie van Niekerk
I logged a request a couple of days ago. Received a reference number. Promise to get back to me. Since then I sent a few mails to ask for an update. Still nothing Eventually I contacted capitec via messenger. Initially I was messed around. Today they informed me that my case was closed So, they open and close a case without resolving it? This is a first for me I've never experienced something like this before I'm without words. Case number 98512602 Let's see how and if they can explain their way out of this one
