Chere Coetzee is the lady I spoke too recently and she upgraded my one cat to a new plan seeing as he is at that age now where he needs a bit more cover. She was friendly, very patient and answered all my questions. Lovely interaction, thank you!βΊοΈ
Our fibre internet with Cell C was cut off on Saturday late evening without any notice. And I have been a loyal paying customer not missing any payments. And I am very very dissatisfied, disappointed and disgusted by the service, lies and empty promises we have recieved when phoning the fibre line of Cell C and trying to sort out our internet. Phonecalls with empty words and lies, with no compassion or regard with the frustration. Even telling us we owe money on a SIM card we never had or received, that's on our fibre account. Even the call centre says it's a mistake on their side and after saying that they don't do anything about it. This is absolutely discusting and so unfair!!π‘π‘ Stop making empty promises and short out your ****! We have spoken to 3 people already explaining the same story over and over again. This is unexceptable! π‘π‘π‘π‘ The people we spoke to was Anele, jamu and Nosihle from the Fibre support call centre.

I went to Coco Vogue Beauty Bar with my mom on the 26th of Nov 2023 at 11am and what a lovely experience π was the greatest pamper sesh I have experienced. Thanks to 2 lovely ladies called Shirley and Ntobi they were so friendly and lovely. Definitely recommend. Happy customer!
Typo in Tygervalley Rude cashier, not sure what her name was, I went into typo just now to go get a secret santa gift, when the cashier raised her voice at me and started telling me but if you buy 2 of this and 2 of that. I do not want other stuff I came there for something specific. Then she still went on about they competing with other typo stores, literally I don't care I just wanted my products. The point that I had to repeat myself 3 times to tell her I don't want other stuff and just the products placed on the cashier desk really made my blood boil. Typo please teach your staff some damn respect and manners. People who raise their voices and disrespect customers should not work with people point!! Really dissapionted!
Dotsure is incredible, what a lovely service and the people are so kind and friendly. I recently had 2 experiences with dotsure. 1. My cat urgently had to be rushed to the vet in the late hours of the evening, I was in a total state of panic, but quickly felt calm as I knew I had dotsure and I could give my furbaby an extra hug as I knew dotsure would have our backs. After I paid the vet and the vet signed the dotsure claim form, the following day I submitted my claim to dotsure, a friendly lady phoned me and assured me everything will be sorted and I will be payed back in full. The following day I was payed back. Dotsure is great!!! And it makes me super happy to know that my pets are in good hands if I need to claim in the future again. They also went the extra mile and sent my cat a get well soon card which I thought was so kind and thoughtful! π 2. The second experience I had was when I referred a friend to dotsure and my premium was a bit cheaper the following month! Which was awesome I first thought it was a mistake when the debit order went off and phoned dotsure to check but they quickly assured me it's 100% correct, due to me referring my friend I saved on my premium! So my experience with dotsure has been truly all smiles and I am so happy I have dotsure for my furbabies! What a breeze, love dotsure to the moon and back and so does my furbabies! Thanks dotsure you guys are the absolute best! π
I took my cat Appel to the vet yesterday and sent dotsure the claim and got paid today amazing! Thanks dotsure for amazing service and absolute care for pets. I even got a get well soon card for my cat how cute! A special thanks to Arina Reyneke-Meyer thank you for your kindness, and for being so caring and nice. Love you guys! Keep up the great service! :)
Standard bank customer service is an absolute disgrace. Its disgusting how they treat people over the phone. While we all in lockdown and certain things cant be done in the bank branches. Its an absolute nightmare trying to sort out cards and just get treated like a normal human, no respect. Utterly disgusted. Standard bank has given me so much problems these past few days. I drew money at an atm and the cash did not come out. But I got an sms saying the money went out of my account. I phoned standard bank helpline. And the lady logged my problem. But she obviously did not log it correctly as I was promised my money would be paid back to me I waited for a week. Then it turned into a month and nothing yet during this time standard bank smsed me saying they still looking into this. I decided to go into the bank just to find out that that call was never logged to someone to.sort out which made me furious! The lady at the bank sent an email to the branch manager at tiger mannor standard bank to ask to assist asap. Heard nothing back. Went into bank last weekend again... really disappointed and tired. So a lady assisted me there. And she looked on the system still no one was assigned to my incident. She gave me a claim form to fill in and said they going to check what is going on. Really dissatisfied as I am still waiting. Bad service!!! Its redicilous Definitely going to take it further. Not a happy customer :(
I applied for insurance at dotsure for my 3 pets and I got excellent service, I spoke to a lady called Carla Jooste and she was so friendly and helpful and patient. She followed up the whole time with me via email and phone which was great. Think my pets are definitely sorted with medical aid now :) Thanks dotsure!
