My husband bought me a ring in Feb this year and by May, I had lost a diamond and 2 others loose. The rose gold colour had already faded. Mind you I only wear the ring when I leave the house. The ring costed a fortune and now we are being charged for it to be repaired. NWJ ring quality is terrible and I will never buy anything from them ever again. I'm thoroughly disappointed.
I made a request for label printing of my logo and was told different stories by the lady assisting me (Abigail). She kept on stalling the service delivery by keeping on making excuses about my design and then eventually told me I would be Refunded because for some reason they cannot print my logo. This was last year. I had to visit the shop again this year and she claimed to not have the money on her and promised to send via EFT about 2 months ago. She has since stopped responding to my texts and has not refunded me my money back. Terrible service. Safe to say I feel ****med.
I have had the most fustrating and horrible customer service and wish to take further action against takealot. I bought a laptop for my brother and it would not even start up. my other brother recently bought two laptops from takealot for my same brother and they were also faulty.I decided to buy a well known brand but we were told to take it back where we bought it due to the kind of fault it had.Fine I was disappointed once more and decided to return it.It took me 8 days of following up just to find out if the laptop was received so I can get my refund and buy my brother another laptop because its exams now. Since being promised a refund from the 25th of October I still have nothing. They did not apologise for their unexplained faulty laptops and one of the consultants said its because they are merging Superbalist with Spree that's why they are too busy to help me.I had been promised numerous follow ups but not even one person called me back even from my numerous calls to Takealot. I am disgusted by the poor service and will NEVER support any of the above mentioned online shops. I have sent countless e-mails and all I get is apologies but no action! Takealot you have lost a client and my whole family.
