Poor service from Smeg Service Provider r
Phillip from Appliance Parts, made an appointment to come out to fix our dish washer. He never pitched and since them, he the did not answer any messages. Thank goodness he did not attempt to fix my dish washer.

Smeg service/prepares is very poor
They quickly come out to assess, reminding that we have the callout fee handy when they arrive. Knowing the problem they arrive without spares. We now call them continuously, without much joy. Stay away from Smeg

FNB EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
FNB is probably the most incompetent organisation I have ever delt with. The do not answer calls. My personal banker is not to keen to help. 10 calls to a no, without response is very common
