I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance about the EXCELLENT service I received from one of their best agent Wilhemina Kabini she is an amazing human being her friendly service is superb ❤. Thank you for your outstanding,kindness and explanation you gave regarding my policy, you are the best
Bad service by Eskom The reason why people and communities do eligal connections of electricity it's because Eskom has the worst customer service ever. Eskom has introduced the chatbot with Alfred where community could report electricity fault but its not working as Alfred will promise u that the issue will be attended within 7 day but it's a lie because when u do the follow up will be given the same response of your problem will be fix soon. That is why people will do illegal connections because Alfred does not give the feed back on when the faulty will be attended at meter number 01022980864 Ref: 579655797 the fault has not been fixed and the cable is very dangerous as it has sparks it seems as is the cable has broken it electrocute anyone but Eskom it doesn't care thing like that are reported
I heard a 14h00 appointment to a Urologist Dr Madlala at suit 20 in Botshelong Hospital. I arrived at 13h30 to fill up forms in waiting room or reception there were 3 patients, I filled in the forms and waited for the Dr to arrive and he arrived at around 15h00 then the receptionist started to call in patients in but to my surprise I was not even called in 3hrs later that's when I ask what is happening because I have a two o'clock appointment and people who came after me have already seen the Dr the receptionist said I should have phoned them in the morning to confirm the appointment the people who are coming in have phoned I said I was never told that the only thing I know is that my appointment is at 14h00 but is 3hrs I have not been attended what is the purpose of making an appointment if I'm waiting hrs to see the Dr. The receptionist said it's not her problem if her colleague didn't tell me to phone she has her own list, people where been phoned from home to be told that is their turn to see them I complain she said she is following the Dr's there is nothing she can do when I request to call the Dr she refuse. I have been at Dr Madlala's suit since 13h30 and 7hours later that's when I could able to the Dr. Been first time at this place I treated badly the service was poor and the receptionist lady is arrogant, full of her self, rude and think just because she is on the other side of the desk she is God.the strategy that they are using at this Dr is bad for new patients because only regulars and the receptionists friends get first preference at this Dr as person comes now and fill in the form and see the Dr immediately while others has to wait 7hrs to see the Dr the service very very very poor and treated badly if ur paying with Rands only ppl paying Dollars are treated with kids glove
Cartrack has upgraded their tracking app recently, the new app is useless it doesn't help all, actually it's a down grade instead the old was better than this new app. The new app is slow, it takes hours to update, it doesn't show any street names on the satellite maps, it doesnt show recent activity, actually Cartrack its reaping us off because this is not what I was promised that the app does and who ever came with the idea of upgrading the app is useless how can u take something that is working and useful and replace it with a useless thing was he/she thinking did they ever tested the app to find out that its suitable to be use or was it relevant to upgrade
Budget have hired incompetent people in their complaint department you phone to complain about the bad service you receive from the repairer that they choose to send your to you will find a white lady with bad attitude who will say to you I can't help, SHE is arrogant, SHE is a traitor and has a tendency of racism I can't recommend any to join budget after encountering this bad service. All budget is care about is your monthly premiums only if you encounter problem and they approve your claim they dont care what happen after if your car is fixed or what you are on your own but they will keep on debiting your money every month. My has been with Renew it for the last 2month and half a Toyota thou and there is NO parts to give it which is weird part have been ordered I think they come from overseas I thot Toyota is a South African car may be I'm wrong but wat is that even the back panel beater they get a Toyota part at anywhere
Don't ever use renew it to repair your car unless u don't mind waiting 3 month to get your car back and been excuses every time you want find out about it . At renew it there is NO time frame of how long the car is gonna take to repair as long as they see at there yards they are happy
