Such poor customer service! I've been waiting for over a month for my order to be completed. Ordered a "Combo" deal and only 1 half of the combo arrived.......2 weeks later than the claimed next day delivery. Finally got hold a very annoyed person in their warehouse who told me that the orders had been delayed due to Manufacturing delays outside of the county but promised a delivery the following week. No communication about delays or expected delivery dates whatsoever, only more advertising spam selling the same combos. Dismal customer service........refund me or deliver my goods!
What a useless service! Standard subscription on inception of my home loan. I've never been able to successfully register a claim online, when following up on claim status online, the claim was never captured, multiple instances. Extremely long wait times when calling the call center, if you even get through, you are never transferred to the correct department, voice prompts not helpful at all. Tried calling 5 times today, over 2 hours of waiting and being disconnected. Tried to escalate my complaint & the email address provided on the website cannot be reached. I've even caught the contactors allocated to a plumbing claim at my property digging their rubbish into the excavation they dug to access a pipe. All morning I've tried to contact Standard bank to cancel my policy and nobody has been able to assist, can't even email them for assistance.
Fantastic service delivery! Literally within 48 hours of first contact I had fibre working at my property. Would highly recommend Easyweb
