UberEats is possibly the worst ever company. We placed an order with Chicken Licken about 3Km from home. 2 hours later still haven't received the order and eventually talked to the driver but he said that the order was taken by some other Uber driver. I called to complain and talked to a lady which put me on hold for 25 minutes. I eventually dropped the call and just made our own food at 22:00 in the evening after trying everything to resolve the issue. No apologies from the store or Uber was received. I will refuse to use Uber and Chicken Licken in my lifetime.
Good Evening I have a business and need support from my banker from time to time. Nedbank is so poor that they simply just ignore you doesn't matter what. I tried contacting my banker via the app, phone, filed complaints, making use of the app chat. After filing another complaint, nobody even bother to call me. No emails absolutely nothing, I tried calling to follow up on the complaint reference number and held on for more than 16 min before I decided to cut the call when nobody answered. If someone from Nedbank phones me it will probably be for something they will benefit from. Extremely poor service.
I am having problems with my FNB connect and FNB connect customer service is ignoring me, not coming back. I am loosing business because nobody can call me on my number due to this. I am going to Vodacom. Please stay away from FNB connect. worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We tried to withdraw money from atm 13854 when the machine retained the SASSA card. I phoned numerous times and asked if we can get the card back. The only reply was that it cannot be done and that we have to get a new card from SASSA. My mother in law is 84 and now have to go to the police station to get an affidavit and then only can we get a new card. Why can we just not get the card back from the atm? Terrible service.
I have ordered a pensilvania corner suit from the stores. I was initially afraid to purchase the item, but they gave me comfort by emailing me all the details and said that we can go to their suppliers directly to pay and view the item. Wonderful experience. I will highly recommend the store to anybody.
