I have struggled for the longest time to purchase what is called an E-Keep for my patio door. Every hardware and buidling supplies place has told me but that's supposed to come with the patio door. Well my scoundrel builder Lionel S Turner didn't supply one with the patio door that he hung skew. Anyway we've had engineers fix those issues. In desperation I reached out online to Primador just last night. Consider I've been calling it a fetch because that's what I was told it's called. This morning I received a call from Gideon from Primador. Not only was he able to advise me of the product's proper name, and that they manufacture it. He also told me exactly where to go and get it and what it would cost. I know it seems like a small thing, but the level of service from this guy was wonderful and alleviated lots of pain. Primador should definitely hold on to him.
Thievery. Keeping me on old prices even though upgrades requested. Happy to take my money and even though matter has been escalated three times no feedback. I'm taking you to court
What a torrid affair trying to claim. The principal member has suffered an Ischemic attack. A very severe stroke resulting in paralysis on her right side, (also her dominant side) Hundreds of emails to and fro, even though the member and her spouse are not on email, and despite numerous requests from myself the son - the one who receives the emails, and an email requesting a supervisor to the agent Sibongiseni Masiza, not once has she picked up the phone. No every response is per email to me, not the member or her spouse, requesting docs, which have been submitted more than once! Only after a stern email did a Marlene Vorster phone my dad, claiming to be the supervisor, then she rote to me, now they need new documents with reports from doctors which include new visits to doctors, which could have been requested at 1st visits when first requesting the necessary documents. To add to this, now Marlene the supposed Supervisor is skipping me out of the loop, and sending the emails directly to the lady who prints for me??? Really? Is this the kind of Customer service one gets? I would suggest very strongly that you think twice before taking your coverage with these people! Make the effort and pick up a phone Miss!
