This agency is useless. I submitted my claim approximately a year ago and have never received any feedback. I have had to make numerous calls to inquire about its status of my claim, but there were no updates on the portal. During one of my follow-up calls, I was informed that my claim had been rejected; however, when I requested an explanation, they were unable to provide one, then they say they cant assist me moving forward. It raises the question of the value of engaging them if they cannot offer a clear answer
2nd time writing a bad review about this company. The accounts department is useless can get one simply issues sorted. if you respect your money and value for money stay away from CARTRACK
Unhappy client!!! its been 3 months i have requested from every single one of your call center agents that i need a call from your accounts department to sort out my account and billing but all you do is call and ask for payment even on a Sunday. i will keep reversing my debit orders until i get a call from someone who is willing to held and the cancel the useless service

Before they opened after lockdown I never got an email to find out if I would like to freeze my account since I'm not ready to go back to gym. They went and debited my account which had no money I incurred bank charges. Their call center is not working I went to the branch only to be told I need to pay then cancel. How do I pay for a service I'm not using? A week later I get a call from the call center asking for payment I told them I wanted to freeze my account and I never got an email she said she will look in to it and come back to me on the same day only to see another debt order attempt. Costing me more bank charges and affecting my credit score. I would rather move to a different gym when I'm ready you guys have just lost a long term client. I'm so disappointed
This is the worse service provider in the transport business. Lost my luggage for close to 3 months no one bothered to contact me. Ever time I called the customer service number they are instructed to say the claims mgr Dikeledi is in a meeting leave your number she will call you. After using other avenues she eventually writes a email to say the company policy is to compensate your lost luggage with R500. Now putting a value to what the lost without even looking at the lost luggage claim form. I urge anyone not to use this pathetic bus company
