I blocked tracker of this company from debiting my account, settled the arrear and requested them to delete me from their system and send me a cancellation letter for the poor service.That was September 2021 - to date gagona nko e tswang lemina.I've had it with this company and their unethical service conduc***** really awful.
I also made an order on the 9th of June 2020 and was given an order number 2089740 for an arabella ndebele print blanket special. I did not receive anything in 14 days, so I personally decided to call them and trace the order. I was then told that I didn't receive the order because they don't deliver via the post office due to Covid-19, so I should provide my home address.I gave them my home address for the delivery and I have still not received anything todate. So today I decided to call the customer line again and find out what is the hold up... The customer service consultant then informed me that they are actually out of stock and my order was chaged to some rylan combo that I do not want and never ordered. This is very awful especially if you were sending these commodities as a gift to an elderly family member during these unprecedented times in our country. I am very disappointed to say the least.
There is nothing excellent about shop4tools online. The Victor that is being glorified by Eugene has failed to respond to the customer goods and services ombuds. If this company and its employees had any integrity they could just refund the many South Africans that they continue scamming money from.Quiete frankly ,I have two words for shop4tools online and it is definitely NOT “thank you”.Id appreciate it if they delivered my appliances as ordered or refund me immediately, it’s been five months already.... Their phone is off ... Their emails are not replied to... What is this?
This company scammed me for R869.00 via Bidorbuy App. I ordered Telefunken Speakers which never materialsed. And ultimately reported it to the App admin and this is the help I got: “Please be advised that unfortunately, you will need to take this matter further with the relevant authorities or elected bodies, eg.
