I posed on hello peter on the 24th, with regards to unresolved login issues, they called back in 10mins which was great, unfortunately I was put on hold for 45mins and the phone call was cut off and nobody called back, this unresolved login issue has now been going on for more than a month and we are loosing cash backs etc
Starting to think Discovery Insure have let their standards slip with regards to answering calls and resolving issues, hopefully somebody calls me back to sort out a log in issue which my wife has been battling with months, wasted time and Airtime we wont get back. hopefully I can report back that discovery called us and got this resolved before the xmas break
called 4 times, was promised a call back, still waiting. Issue with a reward which was not allocated, but cant get through to somebody, spent about 30mins on phone this morning, no result.
Ordered a gas fire pit unit from Syam. Initially they had issues getting the 550mm unit I ordered ( Covid parts related). But offered to upgrade me to the 750mm unit as they had one ready to go. Unit arrived on time and when I had issues with getting a local gas installer, Angus offered to come down from JHB to cape town and do the final install and sign the job off. The fire pit looks and works great thank you very much Syd and Angus you efforts are much appreciated.
Been a few weeks now that i have asked Vitality to to update a weekly run which i did which they did not include for the the week 14/09/2019 - 20/09/2019. I sent an email with screen shots with proof of my run and they have not responded or fixed it. Only ever action something once I have complained on hello peter, poor service indeed, lets hope its sorted.

Looks like you have to come to this platform for a response, hopefully i get one I will give discovery the benefit of the doubt for now, if they respond to me. I have sent multiple screen shots of issues I am having and have been getting no responses lately. Perhaps somebody from Discovery can get back to me? various issues that need resolving, eye gym points not showing, my score is stuck and past complaints which have not been confirmed as having been actioned.
Ok, so I am new to vitality drive, 2 weeks and been driving religiously to the speed limit and should have got perfect scores every day for the last two weeks. However, after a couple of days DQ traker picked up I was "speeding" and obviously docked me points, the areas they picked up the "speeding " in are zoned 100km/h and 80km/h and not 60 as vitalty says. I informed them and Neo from Vitality contacted me and said it had been sorted (Nice guy initially )... it turns out the speeding areas i reported had not been corrected and i am still being docked points everyday in the same zones. I am also now loosing my weekly rewards as well. On top of all this, half my kilometers i drive dont get recorded either as phone is not present during the trip (even though it is there every single time). Not a very happy customer at all, thinking of getting rid of discovery as a whole, medical aid for a family of 4, two house, contents insurance, car with a third property coming online next year lets see if somebody actually wants my business and sorts this out...not holding my breath. Discovery you have my details, email me or call me and get this sorted out asap please i will not be wasting my money and calling you again.
