********* and terrible experience, avoid this place!!! They were very happy to take our booking for 12, have us sit down and wait 20 mins to take our drink order only to inform us when bringing the drinks, that they have had power issues for two days and their generator is overheated. they only had some select drinks, salads and desserts available. No food for a dinner time booking. Not once did our waitress or the manager or owner warn us in any way of these issues until we had been there for 40-50mins and ready to place food orders. While I sympathize with SA challenges, it was obvious that they only wanted our money, even when they couldn't offer any basic service and gave no warning of their situation until they secured our money and tip. LOTS of better restaurants with MUCH better prices as well, don't waste your time here
I placed an order online with them on the 14th. I'm a first time buyer from them. From the moment I ordered there was an issue with the site which gave errors after I had paid and the money left my account. I have emailed and whatsapped to check on the status of my order which has just said "processing" for over a week. They haven't even bothered to respond in any capacity, I'm worried my money is ******. I travel and play tribute shows in different countries and can confidently say this is the worst music shop I have encountered in the world.
Ordered a meal at Nandos Leaping frog at 11:00 for delivery. Heard nothing and decided to phone at 12:45. I live in a complex and gave instructions of unit number. The person at the other end said the guy was here but couldnt get a hold of me, so i told them to keep their order. I heard nothing from them in any capacity until i phoned myself an hour and 45 mins later after the order was placed. Absolutely terrible service
