Booked a service for my car, used wrong cheap parts which damaged my car, and could not cancel the service light, After weeks they came to switch off the service light and they failed. booked my car was told that to fix the problem caused by them it will cost me R25000, had to go and buy the parts and pay again for service. They refused to pay back my money paid for service not rendered and damaging my car.
Still waiting for my windscreen to be replaced.
I claimed for the windscreen since December, wrote emails, made a telephone call and even used thier chatline, still waiting.
I made an order on the 15 Novermber till to date nothing, each time I sent an email they ignore me. On the 04 they sent an email saying my address could not be found, when I called the Post Office, was told that they order has not yet arrived. I am writting to them daily with no luck
In July I purchased 8 tins of lucky star tins, I cant remember whether I purchased from Pick n pay or spar. I lost the receipt, recently when I opened one it looked somehow but I ignored and cooked and since then I had some funny stomach aches. On Saturday we opened one it was somehow, we opened the next until the fourth. They were rotten inside and looked somehow, I then wrote an email to them and asked for the can size, can code and best before date, car code, pictures of the contents of which were provided, only the shop details could not be provided, since I lost the receipt. Till now I am still awaiting response on the way forward or acknowledgement of receipt of my email. I kept the cans as proof of what i found inside their cans.
I ve been trying to get some clarity on my policy, by calling the insurance. Recently I managed to get hold of Asanda Bam. I asked her about some of the things on my policy and she promised to send me the current schedule of which she did even though there was no difference and promised to call me after 3 minutes or as soon as I receive the document, I must send her an email. I sent several emails and I even asked her to respond via an email since she was not calling as promised, I stated my queries on email, till to date no response nothing.
Since I wrote the last time about the services at the above company, they called the same day and asked me to send documents, i did and till to date, still waiting,, my windscreen still not yet fixed, my tv and router still missing in action, after so many months.
Last year in October, I lodged a claim for a tv and wifi router, they sent someone to come and collect my router and the tv. They then sent a confirmation message that my items have been collected and are at their repairer. THey then sent another message that my items are at the repairer but the tv description was wrong I then sent an email correcting that. In December they sent another message that the tv will be delivered, I ve been sending emails with no luck, till to date. Last week I sent another claim for my house window and the windscreen, I wrote the Id no on the subject. They then sent a message that they need and ID no, i then replied that the ID no has been provided. Nothing happened, I tried their number with no luck, sent emails with no luck. I then sent an email to Bramely still nothing but they are deducting every month. Till to date I waiting. THE WORST SERVICE EVER.
I got involved in a car accident on the 1st September 2018, ever since I was not paid despite all the follow ups that I made. Instead of paying what was owed to me, I was told that I had another insurance so I must claim half from them but when they deducted the premiums, they never deducted half. Still awaiting till to date.
