Run as far as you can from their services
Booked a service for my car, used wrong cheap parts which damaged my car, and could not cancel the service light, After weeks they came to switch off the service light and they failed. booked my car was told that to fix the problem caused by them it will cost me R25000, had to go and buy the parts and pay again for service. They refused to pay back my money paid for service not rendered and damaging my car.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unresolved Issues with Recon Pro Auto
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Recon Pro Auto regarding the service of my 2011 BMW E90 320i. Key issues included: Service Book Not Stamped: Despite multiple reminders, my service book was only stamped weeks later after significant follow-up. Improper Brake Installation: Brakes were installed incorrectly, causing shuddering and requiring me to replace pads and skim discs at my own cost. V-Belt Failure: The V-belt, which should have been checked during the service, snapped shortly after, leading to additional inconvenience and expenses. Poor Communication: I repeatedly followed up for quotes and issue resolutions, but responses were delayed or nonexistent. Failure to Address Complaints: No effort was made to compensate for the financial losses I incurred due to their errors. Overall, Recon Pro Auto's lack of professionalism and poor service caused significant frustration and unnecessary costs. I would not recommend their services to others.

convenient service
convenient service I have ever experienced. They come to you. They show you everything that they will be doing. As a female feel very protected when using this company as they transparent throughout. Highly recommend

Bad service
Made a booking with this guy Carl when I arrived he started serving the car but then to make worse not all of the items I was quoted for were replaced(not recommended platinum spark plugs and engine oil) instead he told me I did no specify them yet I have all the text he had sent to me, the last they did he did not have the diagnostic test machine it is with a client, he will come to my house later since he will be in the area now they not picking up my phone calls, I’m disappointed! I wonder if this is how they run their business. Carl I’m disappointed!

Bad service
