I processed a order payment by mistake and when I cancelled it the message came in as I should contact my bank to process the refund which I did I was told that is not how it is done Temu must process it immediately.
Bought a bottle of brake fluid at koma Midas spares in Soweto on koma road then immediately after a few minutes I took it back for refund since it was not needed I was told that it is not returnable and yet it is not an electrical part. I’m so not impressed and I am not going to support the business anymore
Made a booking with this guy Carl when I arrived he started serving the car but then to make worse not all of the items I was quoted for were replaced(not recommended platinum spark plugs and engine oil) instead he told me I did no specify them yet I have all the text he had sent to me, the last they did he did not have the diagnostic test machine it is with a client, he will come to my house later since he will be in the area now they not picking up my phone calls, I’m disappointed! I wonder if this is how they run their business. Carl I’m disappointed!
Since they have face lifted their app it's been nothing but rubbish, you are asked to be verified by XDS which is forever giving error since the same day they changed their app looks. Now we can't view saved search or sell.
I have been calling beras for the past 3 weeks every morning at 8:31 their phones are never picked up, I held on for 18 minutes until my airtime was exhausted. I think they are fraud there's no way at 8:31 already you are experiencing a high call volume?
