Not a happy camper.
In the beginning VALR was easy and desired. If overseas on holiday it becomes a mission to do transactions. However, I do understand that integrity is the key. But recent times my account has been suspended for a review wanting to know where my monies were going to etc. which I find offensive and against the POPI act, why must I share what I do with my purchases. The review is random but happens to often. The replies are autogenerated and do not get the root of the problem.

VOX Technical Support
Have you ever called VOX and had a response in under 4 minutes? then 1 second later the phone goes dead, or you get 'leave a message' and nobody gets back to you. And you were only second in line. You re call again, and again after 4 minutes you get music on the phone? It is now 20 minutes without any feedback.

They are scammers, no return of funds, promise high returns and continuous add on payments but funds never get released. Based in Beijing and Tokyo, Do not invest in them. They have confessed to operating fraudulently and dismissed two staff members, banks from Panama, Cypress, etc involved. No paper trails all verbal without any proof of transfer insurance, certification, early payments, independent certification and the list goes on.

Choose your letting agent with care.
Just Letting Witbank rented my house out for several years, they did not notify me when the tenants vacated the premises, no exit inspection was carried out, no keys were available, items such as a generator and gas cylinders stolen, the house was a shambles, holes in wall, using the carpets as ironing boards, damaged garage doors, kitchen a total mess with burnt counter tops and broken drawers, ceiling damage, light fixtures damaged, windows broken, the garden and pool were abysmal. Just Letting Witbank's responsibility was to manage my assets for a monthly fee which they failed to do, stating that "I am not in any way able to respond to you due to the subrogation clause in my contract. They have advised that you can contact them directly as per below." and when Stalker Hutchinson Admiral (Pty Ltd) were contacted they stated the same cannot discuss and suggest I retain an attorney. What a disgrace there are far better companies out there to assist in your asset management.
