i am not happy at all with this company on basis that each claim i put( put 3 since i joined them) they unable to cover whereas what they said initially differs from what they are saying whenever they decline my claim, so i have asked them to close this ****ty conspiracy of a policy and give me my premiums back. they said to me i won't get my money back even though they never helped me with anything, so basically i have been supporting someone i don't even know under a pretence that they are going to help with covered request. i thought i should come to you for help in getting my money back from these people hellopeter.
i have been going to eat at 1947 on Vilakazi every once every once in a while and i must say their service is proper, the food is so tasty and most of all very affordable meals so yeah i would really recommend the place to everyone looking for class, good food, and affordability.
Hellopeter problem started when this lady called and told me my devices were due for renewal at the same price, i agreed and asked them to cancel one and re install on the new car i just bought, devices were installed on both cars as per my request however the price changed to R462 per month, i agreed. first month R462 went through on the 25th and i was happy until 5 days later they debitted another R576 which i reversed, i called they acknowledged the error as theirs and told me it's rectified. month 2 the very same thing happened only this time the R576 couldn't go through as i didn't have funds in my account and the bank penalised me R150 for unsuccesful debit order, i called again they still assured me it has been rectified. month 3 they have done the same thing again so according to my understanding they now forcing me to pay from the R320 i paid monthly for two cars to R1038 per month for 2 cars. another query, they are messing up with my credit profile and no one seems to care about it. i have to put up with these unplanned charges the bank will impose for debit orders not paid, what will happen to me if i really need their assistance as they showing me now that they are not dependable? should they need to investigate i am more than willing to listen to the recordings with them , which i was promised two months ago i no longer need their services as they are the ones breaching the contract we had and i don't expect any penalties fro that coz i played my part, they just not willing to keep up, please assist Hellopeter.
hello Peter, last year I received an email from one of nedbank's consultants offering me a credit card, I agreed as I did not have one, a week later I think it was the 10th of December I received an sms to collect the card from the branch, I could not go immediately as I work far from my place of residence and when I get home the banks are closed, well on the 16th while I was sitting at home I received sms's that the account is being used without me collecting the card, I called them and they told me they will block the card, reverse the funds and re order a new one for me to collect, a week later I called them to check the status of my query the lady I was talking to told me the card has been re ordered and delivered to the branch and I must go collect however when I got there the tellers new now nothing about the re ordered card and they let me speak to another consultant who started the process afresh and told me in 3 days the card will be there which 10 days later no card is at my disposal and yesterday they sent me a statement that I'm overdue on my credit card payment, so I need to know was I being scammed by nedbank employees or what is really happening here coz I'm lost now.
i have been trying to call Telkom to port my mobile number to them and they keep asking me for a unique authentication code, like really? how do I have that code when it's my first time calling them? if it's not that when I try doing it online they keep telling me my sim number is incorrect for which I am sending them a number written on my sim, please can they try to make their systems user friendly or just say that they don't allow business from anyone mxm...
i just hate how Cell C has treated me like a criminal and call me a liar when I only wanna do a sim swap on my lost phone number, firstly why would they offer online service for sim swap when they will make it impossible for you to acquire it secondly don't they have a way of confirming you are the owner of the phone number than ask you questions they can't answer themselves. I am advising everyone not to lose their phones coz cell c won't give you your number back
