Stalling me the whole day and giving me the run around for pictures I sent for printing before 12pm. I cannot believe that they treat customers this way. It is despicable.
Please change your courier service partner. This is horrific. Why are you subjecting your clients to this? Why.
I have been waiting for my card to get delivered. Everytime I call. I wait 10+ minutes to get through to an operator. My card still hasn't been delivered. I dont understand why FNB subjects its clients to this unprofessional service company. When will my card arrive? Will it ever. At this point it seems. This is extremely frustrating as I am leaving soon. And wont be able to have the card signed for.
