I am waiting now days for my refund from unifi No assistance from unifi for days now
I paid and there was a R109 left that I didn't pay so then they took again after a week after I paid a debit order for over 490 now im struggling to get assistance from them I phoned they don't pick the phone up I emailed they don't answer my emails at all also I wanted to take another loan by them and they don't even give a option for that

I try to contact them since last night and cant get through i made a deposit and it didn't reflect on my account but its out of my bank account i called,i emailed i tried contacting them via Facebook,via Instagram and live chat they just don"t get back to me!

In July African Banks debit order was faulty so it didn't go of after a few days African Bank phoned me to make payment arrangement so we made an agreement that I would go to African Bank and fix the debit order but if I can't I should pay manually for this month so I paid manually and then suddenly the debit order went also off so I called African Bank and then I was told they will reverse the payment so now they don't want to pay back the debit order African Bank can't keep theire side of the arrangements
