Dysfunctional monitoring systems, some of the service agents are rude, they don't keep proper record.
Had a great experience with Yesmine one of their consultants, exceptional service, very understanding.
Have been receiving annoying calls from Vodacom's service providers, today alone received 3 different callers, forcing me to change my current packages, received a call from 076 074 6186 @ 14H42 I have explained many times I was not interested and hung up, same number calls, this time the urgent is irritated with me and started to threaten me that I would not have a network if I don't accept new changes, again I hanged up. Vodacom needs to vet the agents that work on behalf of them. I have been with this network for more than 23 years, I don't understand why they keep changing packages to extend the term to lock one in, what happened to TCF? The last time I allowed such calls, I ended up with a ballooned bill for things I had not agreed or signed for, and it took weeks for them to rectify. I am concerned on how one could try so hard to push sales, even if it means being rude, as a paying customer, I am utterly disappointed by this kind of behavior. I have tried to block this number, but somehow they find a way to unblock themselves, my privacy is violated, 8 calls in one month? really??
