Harassment and *********** management.
This company has been calling me for 2 years straight even though I have sent them an email at documents@morkalio.co.za three times. The last time i spoke to them on the 06 January 2026 I requested to speak to a Manager/Superviser. Oh what an *********** human being, she is so arrogant and she doesn’t give a damn about his job nor the clients she speaks to. She told me that they will never stop calling me even if I sent the proof that I don’t owe the university a cent. This company is very good at harassing people.

It seems my August statement from Eskom was leaked — hopefully not by Eskom themselves. Now, a group of ****mers is harassing me via WhatsApp, claiming I have an outstanding balance, even though I paid Eskom in full before the due date. Please be careful. They don't even deserve 1 star. I keep getting messages saying that I owe money for tax. You phone them, they are so unhelpful and can't proved any documentation to back up what they are saying.

They are clearly not operating above board as there is no actual individual to contact and the person manning their WhatsApp line does not have the relevant information to actually deal with queries.
